That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Purchase Policy

How It Works

  1. All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia and exclusive of delivery charge.

  2. All products are subject to availability and in the event of scare in supplies; we reserve the rights to substitute an item with equivalent value or quality prior to notice.

  3. When ordering please insert product code, your name, your contact, recipient name, recipient contact, recipient full address (including the unit number and postcode of recipient), card messages and additional remarks (for e.g. not to include sender name). We will not be held responsible for products that we are unable to deliver due to incorrect or omission of details.

  4. We reserve the rights to charge additional cost to re deliver and there will be no refund for cancellation of order due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information furnished.

  5. We prefer order to be placed with 48 hours advance notice unless exceptionally permitted as to ensure best effort in preparation of final product, particularly during peak seasonal or festive season. Order is defined as placed upon receipt of payment evidence by us.

  6. Same day order may be considered on exceptional basis subject to availability and agreement by Hey Bunga management. Same day order, if accepted, will be processed immediately and we are unable to allow cancellation or changes in order.

  7. Any changes in delivery details such as location, recipient or card messages etc, shall be made at least 8 hours in advance or best effort the day before.

  8. We will on best effort attempt to satisfy all additional requests. For simple requests like changing the colour of the flower from say, red to white, just put it down in the remarks section and we will try to accommodate the request subject to availability and changes in price.

  9. Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance. We will send an email or message confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing the order via email or message to mobile number contact you provide. Hey Bunga is not bounded by a contract with you until issuance of confirmation to you from us.

  10. All orders and requests received are subjected to acceptance by Hey Bunga, and any of its personnel reserve the rights, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will offer full refund via the payment method used when placing the order, or refund in terms of reward points for future use.

Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

  1. Delivery of product will be via third party logistic providers and fee, if any, shall be borne by you, unless otherwise stated by Hey Bunga or your option for self-collection.

  2. Hey Bunga will, on best effort basis, ensure that the receiver receive the delivery on her own. However, we will not be able to do so shall there is restriction by receptionist or security guard of the building or residential.

  3. Any changes in delivery details such as location, recipient or card messages etc, shall be made at least 8 hours in advance or best effort the day before.

  4. Hey Bunga does not guarantee the delivery time especially in the event of severe weather and natural disaster such as flood and heavy storm.

  5. Self-collection of flower is available for all products from Monday to Sunday including public holidays, unless stated otherwise by Hey Bunga.

  6. Collection of product shall be either in person or via representative (relative, friend, Grab delivery etc) from Hey Bunga operating premises subject to operating date and hours (9am to 6pm) of Hey Bunga.

  7. Please produce order confirmation email or phone messages that contain your name, order number and other relevant details as source of identity proof.

  8. Shall you opt for self-collection and the collection is not completed by 6pm on the selected date, Hey Bunga reserves the rights to dispose the product with no refund of payment.

  9. Delivery of hand bouquet is confined to Klang Valley area at this juncture to ensure flowers/bouquet we deliver is at its best conditions unless agreed otherwise by Hey Bunga management.

  1. Product size, colour and shades may vary from the product picture shown as flowers are seasonal items.

  2. Note that flowers, if under fresh flower series are perishable goods and we have no guarantee that it is perfect.

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

  1. As flowers are perishable products, it is not possible to make any return or refund unless the product you receive is in very poor condition such as most of flowers wilted or the product cannot be define as flower bouquet anymore.

  2. Shall you encounter any problem with your product; please notify us via email at heybungaflorist@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 011-6520 0140 (with photos) immediately (i.e. within 3 hours upon receipt of order) as most of our products are perishable. Free replacement will be considered with timely notification and investigation result indicating faulty product mainly originated from Hey Bunga. Request for replacement will not be entertained shall complain is received after 3 hours from product delivery.

  3. Online orders cannot be cancelled or refund once the payment has been made. There will be no refund where payment has been made. At level best, a voucher valid for the next 3 months will be issued in lieu of the refund subject to agreement by Hey Bunga management.

  4. Hey Bunga reserves the rights to levy 50% cancellation charges if order has been attempted.

  5. Shall product was collected by you but only to be sent to the ultimate recipient the next day or thereafter, you are responsible to keep the flowers at its best condition and Hey Bunga will not be liable and there will be no refund for any negligence or mistreatment on the flower bouquet by you.
